Market share ratio means the ratio of the number of risk characteristic basic health benefit plans in force to the total num- ber of policies in force.
Earnings Per Share means as to any Fiscal Year, the Company’s or a business unit’s Net Income, divided by a weighted average number of common shares outstanding and dilutive common equivalent shares deemed outstanding, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a share of the Company’s common stock.
Exchange Ratio shall have the meaning set forth in Section 24(a) hereof.
Gross combination weight rating means the value specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a combination or articulated vehicle;
Share Price means any price of the Share as published by the Exchange.
Per Share Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
