Market System Development Plan definition
Market System Development Plan means the plan required to be prepared by the Licensee in accordance with Condition 4 of this Licence;
Market System Development Plan. " means the plan required to be prepared by the Licensee pursuant to Regulation [●] (functions of the market operator) of the [Single Market Regulations]in accordance with Condition 4 of this Licence;
Market System Development Plan means the plan of that name prepared by the Parties in accordance with Condition 16 of the Market Operator Licence granted to SONI and Condition 4 of the Market Operator Licence granted to EirGrid;

Where required by the Commission, and within such timeframe as the Commission may reasonably request, the Licensee shall in conjunction with the Northern Ireland Market Operator Licensee, prepare and submit to the Commission for approval a plan, to be known and referred to as the Market System Development Plan, for the development of the Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement System over the following two calendar years.
