Market System Development Plan definition

Market System Development Plan means the plan required to be prepared by the Licensee in accordance with Condition 4 of this Licence;
Market System Development Plan means the plan required to be prepared by the Licensee pursuant to Regulation [●] (functions of the market operator) of the [Single Market Regulations];
Market System Development Plan means the plan of that name prepared by the Parties in accordance with Condition 16 of the Market Operator Licence granted to SONI and Condition 4 of the Market Operator Licence granted to EirGrid;

System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.
