Examples of Market Tested Services in a sentence

  • If the pricing of a Market Tested Service in the Benchmarking Proposal is greater than the Benchmark Price Range then Section 3 of this Appendix will apply unless Project Co agrees to provide the Market Tested Services for an amount within the Benchmark Price Range or the Authority otherwise agrees.

  • After Project Co submits the Benchmarking Proposal, Project Co will carry out the Benchmarking Exercise for the relevant Market Tested Services.

Related to Market Tested Services

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers.   • Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
