MarketWatch Site means the Internet websites owned or controlled by MarketWatch that provide stock quotes, personal finance information and business, stock stories and related products and services.
MarketWatch Site means the Internet Web sites owned or controlled by MarketWatch as of the effective date of this Agreement that provide stock quotes, personal finance information and business, stock stories and that are accessed via (i) the top-level domains Markxxxxxxx.xxx xxx Stocxxxxx.xxx, (xi) the URLs http://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxtp://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx xxx http://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx (xx any successor URLs), (iii) the URL http://xxx.xxx.xxx (xx long as www.xxx.xxx xxxves only as an entry point to the foregoing URLs); and (iv) any Mirror Site.
MarketWatch Site means the websites owned or controlled directly by MarketWatch or a Subsidiary (as defined in Section 2.8) and located at the following URLs: xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. xxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxxxxxxx.xxx, xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxxxxxx.xxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, and others mutually agreed to between the parties in writing that provide financial information, stock quotes, personal finance information and business and stock stories."
