Marriott Manager definition

Marriott Manager means Marriott Hotel Services Inc.; The Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Hotel Company, L.L.C.; and Courtyard Management Corporation, or such other substitute manager that is a Qualified Manager and assumes, to extent permitted by, and in accordance with, this Agreement, the management of the Individual Properties that are being managed by a Marriott Manager as of the date hereof.
Marriott Manager means, individually and/or collectively as the context may require, (a) with respect to the Individual Property known as Marriott, Redmond, Washington, Marriott International Inc., (b) with respect to the Individual Property known as Spring Hill Suites, Ft. Worth, Texas, Springhill SMC Corporation and (c) with respect to the Individual Property known as Courtyard by Marriott, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Courtyard Management Corporation, or, in each case, their applicable successors and assigns as permitted under the Management Agreements with the Marriott Manager.
Marriott Manager means, individually and/or collectively as the context may require, any subsidiary of Marriott International Inc., and any Successor Brand Manager that assumes the rights and obligations of a Marriott Manager under, and in accordance with the terms of, such Marriott Manager’s Brand Management Agreement (as opposed to entering into a new Management Agreement).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article 9, Tenant's obligation to maintain the insurance herein required may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant or Crestline, and as long as Manager is Marriott or an Affiliate of Marriott, Manager or Marriott or any Subsidiary of Manager or Marriott.

  • Upon receiving the Building Estimate from Marriott, Manager shall submit the Building Estimate to Lessee for its approval at the same time as Manager submits the Proposed Business Plan described in Section 4.05.
