In the event that the amount of electricity supplied to a Mass Market Customer or Commercial Demand NEM Customer by the Authority during the billing period exceeds the amount of electricity such Customer provided to the Authority from an eligible Mass Market Project or Commercial Demand NEM Project, the Authority will charge that Customer for the net (excess) electricity supplied.
