Mass Market Customer definition

Mass Market Customer means any customer of Sellers or their Subsidiaries that is classified as a “mass market” customer in Lumen’s consolidated books and records used to externally report its consolidated segment results, determined in good faith, based on Lumen’s allocation and adjustment procedures applied consistently with past practices in all material respects.
