Master Ballots definition

Master Ballots means the master ballots upon which the Nominees of Beneficial Holders shall reflect the acceptances and rejections of the Plan by their respective Beneficial Holders in accordance with the Voting Instructions.
Master Ballots means the master ballots accompanying the Disclosure Statement upon which Holders of Impaired Claims shall indicate the acceptance or rejection of the Plan in accordance with the Voting Instructions.
Master Ballots means the master ballots accompanying the Disclosure Statement upon which the acceptance or rejection of the Plan by holders of Impaired Claims and Interests shall be indicated in accordance with the Voting Instructions.
