Master Definitions definition

Master Definitions means, in respect of a Series of Notes, the Master Definitions in the form signed for the purposes of identification by or on behalf of UBS Limited incorporated by reference into the relevant Constituting Instrument.

Examples of Master Definitions in a sentence

  • The rules of usage and of interpretation as set forth in the Master Definitions Agreement and all other agreements and understandings between the parties hereto contained therein shall apply to this Agreement, unless otherwise provided herein.

  • The Issuer Master Definitions Schedule specified above shall prevail to the extent that it conflicts with the Master Definitions Schedule.

  • Terms and expressions used in this Agreement shall have the same meanings as those contained in the Master Definitions Supplement to the CAISO Tariff.

  • The terms of the Master Definitions Schedule are hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

  • Terms of Reference (TORs) means the Terms of Reference that explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, and tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Procuring Entity and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.
