Master Documentary Agreement definition

Master Documentary Agreement means the Master Agreement for Documentary Letters of Credit dated as of the Closing Date between Borrower, as Applicant, and GE Capital, as Issuer.
Master Documentary Agreement means the Master Agreement for Documentary Letters of Credit dated as of the Closing Date between Borrower, as Applicant, and GE Capital, as Issuer, as the same may be amended, restated, modified and/or supplemented from time to time including, without limitation, by joinder thereto.
