Master Project Agreement definition

Master Project Agreement and “MPA” mean the agreement to be entered into by the Parties at the end of the Contracting Phase (described in Subsection 3.4) to confirm NGen’s support to the Project and define the terms and conditions subject to which such support will be provided to the Applicants.
Master Project Agreement means the Master Project Agreement between Ecoscreen and Digital Supercluster dated August 10, 2020, as amended November 24, 2020.
Master Project Agreement. (or “MPA”) means the agreement between NGen and each of the Participants (or Project consortium members) which governs (amongst other things) the Project Funding, attached as a Schedule to this Agreement.
