Masterkey Plus Tokens are licensed under the MSC.MasterKey Plus licensing system). A specified number of licensing units are required to run each instance of each Software licensed under the Licensing System. Licensing units acquired under one Licensing System cannot be used to run Software under another Licensing System (e.g., MSC.MasterKey Plus Tokens may not be used to run software available under the MSC One licensing system).   • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
