Match Employee definition

Match Employee means (a) any individual who, immediately prior to the Effective Time, is either actively employed by, or then on Approved Leave of Absence from, a Match Entity, and (b) any individual who becomes an employee of any Match Entity after the Effective Time.
Match Employee shall have the meaning set forth in the Employee Matters Agreement.

  • Termination of employment following the Mandatory Exchange Effective Time from (i) all IAC Entities shall be treated as a termination of employment with respect to any Match Options held by an IAC Employee and (ii) all Match Entities shall be treated as a termination of employment with respect to any IAC Options held by a Match Employee.
