Approved Leave of Absence. With Pay During Vacations‌ When employees are qualified for sick leave, bereavement, or any other approved leave with pay during their vacation period, there shall be no deduction from the vacation credits for such leaves. The period of vacation so displaced shall be taken at a mutually agreed time. An employee intending to claim displaced vacation leave must advise the Employer and provide necessary documentation as specified in Article 21.8 within three (3) days of returning to work.
Approved Leave of Absence. A leave of absence to be paid at the rate of one cent for the entire period of leave may be granted to any teacher with Board prior approval.
Approved Leave of Absence. Subject to applicable laws, at the discretion of the Board, a Participant who is granted an approved leave of absence and who exercises their right to return to work under any applicable award, enterprise agreement, other agreement, statute or regulation may be treated as not having ceased to be Employed for the purposes of Rule 7. Whether a Participant who is granted leave without pay is deemed to have ceased Employment will be determined with reference to the Group’s policies and any applicable laws.
Approved Leave of Absence. In the event that Executive takes a temporary leave of absence that is approved by the Company prior to the Retention Date (which is also not deemed to be a “Separation from Service” as defined in Section 16(d) below), Executive will be entitled to receive (i) payment of any vested portion of the Retention Payment that has not yet been paid, plus (ii) a prorated portion of the unvested portion of the Retention Payment based on the number of days in any remaining vesting periods during which Executive is not on an approved leave of absence, such payment to be made on the next vesting date. If the leave of absence is treated as a Separation from Service, Executive’s rights to further payments shall be determined under subsections (a) through (f) above.
Approved Leave of Absence. In the case of an Offered Business Employee who, as of the Closing Date, is on a leave of absence by the Seller (other than any Offered Business Employee who is on vacation or other approved short-term leave of absence, including without limitation maternity or military leave), the employment of such Offered Business Employee with Purchaser or an Affiliate of Purchaser shall be effective upon his or her return to active work, provided that the Offered Business Employee reports to work with the Purchaser or an Affiliate of Purchaser, as applicable, within fifteen (15) days after the end of any such approved leave and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event later than one hundred eighty (180) days following the Closing Date, and, as of such date, such Offered Business Employee shall be a Transferred Employee.
Approved Leave of Absence. Except as otherwise required by law, if the Grantee is on an approved leave of absence from active employment for any reason, after the first eight consecutive weeks of such leave, the dates set forth in the table above shall be delayed by the number of full or partial months that the Grantee is out on the approved leave of absence after such first eight weeks.

Approved Leave of Absence. Each NCR Employee who at the Effective Time is on Approved Leave of Absence and who NCR and Teradata intend will become upon return from such Approved Leave of Absence a Teradata Employee shall be listed on Exhibit G. NCR shall retain liability for each such employee until such time as such employee returns from such Approved Leave of Absence (“Return Date”). Upon the Return Date, or on such earlier date as may be required by applicable law, such employee shall become a Teradata Employee and the provisions of this Section 4.1 that otherwise would have been effective as of the Effective Time shall instead be effective with respect to such employee as of the Return Date.
