Material Inventory Supplier definition

Material Inventory Supplier means any supplier, provider, manufacturer, vendor or distributor of Borrower's Inventory from whom Borrower purchases, directly or indirectly, one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) or more of the total Inventory purchased by Borrower.
Material Inventory Supplier means any supplier, provider, manufacturer, vendor or distributor of Borrower's Inventory from whom Borrower purchases, directly or indirectly, two percent (2%) or more of the total Inventory purchased by Borrower.
