Appendix A to Part 800 (as in effect at any given time, including the corresponding appendix to any future regulations promulgated under the DPA), including vulnerability information such as that related to physical security or cybersecurity, or (ii) is not available in the public domain and is necessary to design, fabricate, develop, test, produce, or manufacture a critical technology as defined in 31 C.F.R. § 800.215 (as in effect at any given time, including the corresponding section of any future regulations promulgated under the DPA), including processes, techniques, or methods.
