Material Registered Company Intellectual Property definition

Material Registered Company Intellectual Property means the registered U.S. Trademarks set forth on Schedule 1.01(e).
Material Registered Company Intellectual Property means the registered U.S. Trademarks set forth on Schedule 1.01(e). “Money Laundering Laws” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.19(b).
