Maximum Annual Volume definition

Maximum Annual Volume means the maximum annual amount Energy that PGE is required to purchase from Seller under this Agreement, equal to [ ] MWh for each Contract Year during the Delivery Period, prorated for any partial Contract Year during the Delivery Period.

Maximum Annual Volume with respect to any Territory shall mean the difference between (X) the sum of (A) the designated dollar volume (calculated as the number of units multiplied by the applicable Service and Delivery Charges) that is set forth on Exhibit B for that Territory, during that Year and (B) any remaining Supplemental Annual Volume for such Year that has not been applied to any other Territory under this Agreement or the Grocery Carrier Agreement during that Year and (Y) the number of units delivered under the Grocery Carrier Agreement in such Territory multiplied by the applicable Delivery Charges (as defined in the Grocery Carrier Agreement).

Maximum Annual Volume means the Discharge volume specified in the Site Schedule;

• During the Term, Integrated Brands shall deliver such Products to such Customers in the Territories in accordance with its election; provided, however, that during each Year, the maximum volume of Products that may be delivered by Integrated Brands in each Territory is that number of units which, when multiplied by the applicable Service and Delivery Charges, shall result in the Maximum Annual Volume for that Territory.

More Definitions of Maximum Annual Volume

Maximum Annual Volume means in relation to each Price Controlled Product, the maximum volume in tonnes set out in the relevant column of Appendix 1 and Appendix 2, which represents the highest annual UK purchase volume of that Price Controlled Product in 2009/10, 2010/11 and 2011/12 plus 10 per cent, as varied in accordance with these Undertakings;

Maximum Annual Volume means the volume measured in cubic metres per Charging Year specified in the Site Schedule;

Maximum Annual Volume means the volume measured in megalitres per Charging Year specified in the Site Schedule.

Maximum Annual Volume shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

Maximum Annual Volume means the maximum annual production of Specified Energy equal to [ ] MWh (the annual total of the Initial Specified Amounts) for each calendar year during the Delivery Period, prorated for any partial calendar years during the Term.

Maximum Annual Volume means the sum of the daily volumes of water used per day for a year divided by 365 days.
