Carrier Agreement definition

Carrier Agreement means each contract or agreement in effect between Borrower and a Carrier.

More Definitions of Carrier Agreement

Carrier Agreement means any contract (written or oral) between any of the Target Entities and an insurance carrier or a managed agency relating to the Target Entities operating as an agent for such insurance carrier or managed agency.

Carrier Agreement means any of the following that apply to Carrier: Master Carrier Agreement, these General Conditions, any Service Level Agreements, and the Bill of Lading, all of which together form the contract between Carrier and AMD.
