Maximum Contract Quantity definition

Maximum Contract Quantity means a quantity of RECs specified as such in the Product Order of the Agreement.
Maximum Contract Quantity means the maximum number of RECs that Buyer may be obligated to purchase under this Agreement.
Maximum Contract Quantity means the maximum total contract quantity of gas that may be received and delivered by Company during the term in a Customer Order.

  • Pursuant to Section 5.1(f) of the Agreement, if in the last Delivery Year, the Delivery Year Requirement is greater than the quantity of RECs to meet the Maximum Contract Quantity, then the Delivery Year Requirement for the last Delivery Year shall be reduced to be the greatest quantity of RECs that would not cause the Maximum Contract Quantity to be exceeded.

  • Further, in no event shall RECs eligible for payment exceed the Maximum Contract Quantity.

More Definitions of Maximum Contract Quantity

Maximum Contract Quantity means a quantity of RECs specified as such in Table 1 of the REC Contract.” The definition of “Moody’s” in Section 1.39 is replaced in its entirety with the following:
