Maximum Daily Delivery Quantity definition

Maximum Daily Delivery Quantity or “MDDQ” shall mean, relative to a Delivery Point for any day, the quantity of gas, as specified in Appendix A of Shipper’s Service Agreement.
Maximum Daily Delivery Quantity means the maximum quantity of gas that Seller may be required to deliver on any day to the Company. Such quantity shall be subject to the limitations, restrictions, and other provisions contained in this Agreement and the Tariff.
Maximum Daily Delivery Quantity or “MDDQ” means the maximum quantity of Gas, expressed in Dths, specified in Customer’s Storage Service Agreement, that Customer may nominate and that SGRM shall deliver at a Point of Delivery, subject to GT&C 8.3.

Maximum Daily Delivery Quantity or “MDDQ” means the maximum daily quantity of gas in Dth that Transporter agrees to deliver to or for the account of Shipper at each Point of Delivery on each Day during the term of Shipper’s Service Agreement, as set forth on Exhibit A or Exhibit B, as applicable, to the Service Agreement.
