Primary Delivery Point definition

Primary Delivery Point means those physical Delivery Points identified in Shipper's Firm Transportation Agreement where Transporter delivers Gas to Shipper or for Shipper's account, to the extent of the capacity entitlement identified in Shipper's Firm Transportation Agreement.
Primary Delivery Point is defined in Section 3.1.
Primary Delivery Point means a Delivery Point specifically identified on Exhibit D to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Primary Delivery Point

Primary Delivery Point means those delivery point(s) on Transporter's system under Shipper's FTS-1, LFT, FTS-2, FTS-4 or FTS-5 Service Agreement with a specified firm volume, as may be amended upon mutual agreement from time to time, but in no event shall any moving of a primary delivery point result in a lower reservation charge.
Primary Delivery Point means the physical location of a meter that is installed in accordance with this Rate Order and applicable law, and which provides water service to one residence or to one commercial facility of a district customer.

Gas shall be deemed to have been Scheduled when confirmed by Transporter(s). 2.31 "Transporter(s)" shall mean (i) PSE&G and (ii) all pipeline companies transporting Gas for Seller or Buyer pursuant to a particular Confirmation. ARTICLE III FIRM PERFORMANCE OBLIGATION 3.1 "Firm Performance Obligation" means Seller shall be required to sell and Buyer shall be required to purchase the Contract Quantity of Gas set forth herein on each Gas Day. Either Party may interrupt its performance only to the extent that such performance is prevented for reasons of Force Majeure without liability to the other Party. ARTICLE IV
