Maximum Equivalent Tax Rate definition

Maximum Equivalent Tax Rate means, for each Lot Type, $0.65397 per $100 of Estimated Buildout Value as shown on Exhibit H. The Estimated Buildout Value for a Lot Type will be calculated pursuant to Section VI.
Maximum Equivalent Tax Rate means, for each lot classification identified in the SAP, $3.26 per $100 of estimated buildout value. The estimated buildout value for a lot classification shall be determined by the PID administrator and confirmed by the City Council by considering such factors as density, lot size, proximity to amenities, view premiums, location, market conditions, historical sales, builder contracts, discussions with homebuilders, reports from third party consultants, information provided by the Owner, or any other information that may help determine buildout value.
Maximum Equivalent Tax Rate means, for each lot classification identified in the SAP, a maximum overlapping tax rate equivalent, including all taxing entities, of $3.05 per $100 of estimated buildout value, but in no case less than a PID Special Assessment tax rate equivalent of $0.47 per $100 of estimated buildout value. Maximum Equivalent Tax Rate means, for each lot classification identified in the SAP, a maximum overlapping tax rate equivalent, including all taxing entities, of $3.30 per $100 of estimated buildout value, and $3.10 per $100 of estimated buildout value with the offset generated by the TIRZ, but in no case less than a PID Special Assessment tax rate equivalent of $0.78 per $100 of estimated buildout value, and $0.58 per $100 of estimated buildout value with the offset generated by the TIRZ.   • Effective dose equivalent (HE means the sum of the products of the dose equivalent to each organ or tissue (HT) and the weighting factor (wT) applicable to each of the body organs or tissues that are irradiated (HE = Σ wTHT).

  • Effective tax rate means the rate that will produce last year’s total tax levy (adjusted) from this year’s total taxable values (adjusted). “Adjusted” means lost values are not included in the calculation of last year’s taxes and new values are not included in this year’s taxable values.

  • Maximum Undrawn Amount means with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit that is or may become available to be drawn, including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.

  • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Maximum Face Amount means, with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the face amount of such Letter of Credit including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.

  • DBRS Equivalent Rating means, with respect to any date and any Person with respect to whom DBRS does not maintain a public Relevant DBRS Rating as of such date:

  • Rollback tax rate means the rate that will produce last year’s maintenance and operation tax levy (adjusted) from this year’s values (adjusted) multiplied by 1.08 plus a rate that will produce this year’s debt service from this year’s values (unadjusted) divided by the anticipated tax collection rate.

  • Euro Equivalent means, at any time, with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, the equivalent amount thereof in Euros as determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of Euros with Dollars.

  • Maximum Revolving Amount At any date as of which same is to be determined, the amount by which (x) $3,500,000 exceeds (y) the sum of (i) all then undrawn amounts of letters of credit issued by the Bank for the account of the Borrower plus (ii) all amounts then drawn on any such letter of credit which at said date shall not have been reimbursed to the Bank by the Borrower.

  • Total effective dose equivalent (TEDE) means the sum of the deep dose equivalent for external exposures and the committed effective dose equivalent for internal exposures.

  • Morphine equivalent dose means a conversion of various opioids to a morphine equivalent dose by the use of accepted conversion tables.

  • Cumulative Net Realized Tax Benefit for a Taxable Year means the cumulative amount of Realized Tax Benefits for all Taxable Years of the Corporate Taxpayer, up to and including such Taxable Year, net of the cumulative amount of Realized Tax Detriments for the same period. The Realized Tax Benefit and Realized Tax Detriment for each Taxable Year shall be determined based on the most recent Tax Benefit Schedule or Amended Schedule, if any, in existence at the time of such determination.

  • Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and
