Lot Size. In an R1 Zone the minimum lot size shall be as follows:
(A) The minimum lot area shall be seven thousand fifty (7,050) square feet.
(B) The minimum lot width at the front of the building line shall be seventy five feet (75’).
(C) The minimum lot depth shall be ninety four feet (94’).
(D) The minimum lot area for a two-family dwelling shall be seven thousand fifty (7,050) square feet. The minimum lot area for any multi-family dwelling allowed as a conditional use shall be related to the number of bedrooms in each dwelling unit as prescribed in the following table: Square Feet of Lot Area to be Added for Each Dwelling Unit Over Two
Lot Size. In an R2 Zone, provisions of Section 8.2.4 of this Title, relative to coverage, apply. 288 TITLE VIII ZONING
Lot Size. All deliveries of Product pursuant to this Agreement shall be by means of rail cars or trucks. All deliveries of Washwater pursuant to this Agreement shall be by means of trucks. If Buyer desires that some Product be packaged in boxes and Seller agrees, Buyer shall bear all direct costs of such packaging.
Lot Size. Each batch, mixed in a single container, shall not be less than 30 gallons nor more than 300 gallons. The State reserves the rights to request a batch run of less than thirty (30) gallons for each item.
Lot Size. The minimum lot size should be a minimum of 4 acres with a minimum lot width of 100 feet. The building should be located towards the front of the lot with visual access from the street. No portion of the lot shall be used to access adjoining property or properties.
Lot Size. The Parties agree that the City cannot regulate land use or lot size within its ETJ. Moreover, the City cannot regulate zoning. The Developer currently proposes land uses as shown on the Land Plan attached as Exhibit E. For purposes of this Agreement, the Developer can develop the Tract to any residential lot size without limitation subject to the terms of this Agreement. However, tThe Developer agrees that it will develop traditional single family lots in at least three different lot sizes. The Developer will also develop lots for Non-Traditional Homes to provide an additional mix of product types within the community.
Lot Size. The minimum size of a traditional single family residential lot within the Property shall be 3,300 square feet in any exclusively single- family master-planned subdivision. The Developer may construct non-traditional homes (such as town homes, condominiums, cluster homes, etc.) on lot sizes generally acceptable for that product in the Houston region, or for other high-density mixed-use developments in major metropolitan areas, provided, however, development of residential lots within the Property shall be in accordance with the General Plan and the requirements of this Agreement.
Lot Size. A range of lot sizes shall be provided in order to create variety and offer opportunity for different income households. Lot Size. Always use fixed lot for copied orders – allows to set any lot size. In this case Source’s lot size will be ignored and the lot size for each order on Receiver side will be set according to entered value. • Use risk management based on Stop Loss - allows you to manage risk for some specific orders. Lot will be calculated due to settled risk percentage.
Lot Size. The number of service outputs in a lot. This definition applies to the PRS, not the words "lot size" in Section B of the contract.
