Maximum Floorplan Amount definition

Maximum Floorplan Amount has the meaning set forth in the Schedule.
Maximum Floorplan Amount means $275,000,000, decreased by the amount of reductions in the Floorplan Commitments made in accordance with Section 2.4(c) of the Agreement and increased in accordance with Sections 2.14 and 2.15 of the Agreement.
Maximum Floorplan Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 of this Schedule.

More Definitions of Maximum Floorplan Amount

Maximum Floorplan Amount means Five Hundred Million Dollars ($500,000,000.00).
Maximum Floorplan Amount means Three Hundred Seventy-Five Million Dollars ($375,000,000.00).
Maximum Floorplan Amount means $185,000,000, decreased by the amount of reductions in the Floorplan Commitments made in accordance with Section 2.4(c) of the Agreement and increased in accordance with Sections 2.14 and 2.15 of the Agreement. “Maximum Revolver Amount” means $65,000,000, decreased by the amount of reductions in the Revolver Commitments made in accordance with Section 2.4(c) of the Agreement and increased in accordance with Sections 2.14 and 2.15 of the Agreement. “Moody’s” has the meaning specified therefor in the definition of Cash Equivalents. “Mortgages” means, individually and collectively, one or more mortgages, deeds of trust, or deeds to secure debt, executed and delivered by Borrower or its Subsidiaries in favor of Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, that encumber the Real Property Collateral.

  • Maximum Cap Rate For any Distribution Date with respect to the Group I Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the product of (x) the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Net Maximum Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans minus an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to the Net Swap Payment and Swap Termination Payment, if any (other than termination payments resulting from a Swap Provider Trigger Event), due from the Trust for such Distribution Date, multiplied by 12, weighted on the basis of the outstanding Stated Principal Balances of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Net Swap Payment made by the Interest Rate Swap Provider and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, multiplied by 12.   • Maximum Credit Amount means, as to each Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Annex I under the caption “Maximum Credit Amounts”, as the same may be (a) reduced or terminated from time to time in connection with a reduction or termination of the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts pursuant to Section 2.06(b) or (b) modified from time to time pursuant to any assignment permitted by Section 12.04(b).

  • Maximum Credit means, at any time, the lesser of (i) the Revolving Credit Commitments in effect at such time and (ii) the Borrowing Base at such time.

  • Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).

The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance means on any day, the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Eligible Loans included as part of the Collateral on such date.
