Maximum Incentive Amount definition

Maximum Incentive Amount means the amount set forth on Schedule 1.01(q).
Maximum Incentive Amount for any Quarter means the sum of (a) the product of (x) the total Common Units Outstanding on the Record Date for such Quarter multiplied by (y) the Maximum Incentive Threshold, plus (b) $39,250,000.00;
Maximum Incentive Amount means the maximum amount of Economic Development Funds payable under this Agreement is two million dollars ($2,000,000.00).
