Maximum Lessee Risk Amount definition

Maximum Lessee Risk Amount for any Item of Equipment on any date of determination means an amount obtained by multiplying (i) the percentage set forth as the "Maximum Lessee Risk Percentage" in the Lease Supplement for such Item (which percentage will be the maximum amount permitted in order to allow Lessee to get off balance sheet treatment for the Equipment (approximately 82%)) by (ii) the Acquisition Cost for such Item.
Maximum Lessee Risk Amount means for the Equipment described in each Lease Supplement an amount equal to the percentage set forth in Schedule 2 to such Lease Supplement under the heading "Maximum Lessee Risk Percentage" multiplied by the Equipment Cost for such Equipment described in such Lease Supplement, which Maximum Lessee Risk Amount in all cases shall be an amount not less than the then outstanding principal balance owed with respect to the Notes under which a portion of the purchase price of the applicable Equipment was advanced.
Maximum Lessee Risk Amount shall have the meaning given such term in Annex E to the Schedule.

More Definitions of Maximum Lessee Risk Amount

Maximum Lessee Risk Amount means an amount calculated as set forth in Schedule F of the Lease for each relevant period and Property.
Maximum Lessee Risk Amount for any Item of Equipment shall mean the percentage set forth in the Lease Supplement for such Item under the caption "Maximum Lessee Risk Percentage" applicable to the Basic Term or any Renewal Term then ending, multiplied by the Acquisition Cost for such Item.
Maximum Lessee Risk Amount means the product of (i) the Lessee Risk Percentage and (ii) the Property Cost.
Maximum Lessee Risk Amount for any Item of Equipment shall mean an amount equal to the product of (i) the percentage set forth in Schedule 2 to the Lease Supplement covering such Item of Equipment under the caption "Maximum Lessee Risk Percentage," multiplied by (ii) the Equipment Cost of such Item of Equipment.
Maximum Lessee Risk Amount means, with respect to the Operating Lease Properties as of any date of determination, the product of the "Maximum Lessee Risk Percentage" set forth in Exhibit E of the Master Lease, multiplied by the Lease Balances plus the Property Termination Premiums for all Operating Lease Properties then subject to the Master Lease.
