Maximum Park Quantity definition

Maximum Park Quantity means the maximum quantity of Gas, expressed in Dth, that Customer is permitted to have in storage in TRES PALACIOS’ storage facility located in Texas, at any given time as specified in Customer’s Firm Parking Service Agreement or Customer’s Hub Services Agreement.

Maximum Park Quantity or “MPQ” means the maximum quantity of Gas, expressed in Dths, that Customer is permitted to have in storage, at any given time as specified in Customer’s Storage Service Agreement.

Maximum Park Quantity or “MPQ” shall mean the maximum quantity of Gas that the Transporter is obligated to Park for Shipper pursuant to a Firm Parking and Loaning Service Agreement or an Interruptible Parking and Loaning Service Agreement, which may vary during the term of Shipper’s Service Agreement, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Tariff.

• A monthly charge for each Dth of Customer’s Maximum Park Quantity.

• A capacity charge specified in Exhibit A of Customer’s Hub Services Agreement for each Dth of Customer’s Maximum Park Quantity pursuant to Section 5.5.2.1(a) of this Rate Schedule.

• A capacity charge specified in Exhibit A of Customer’s Enhanced Hub Services Agreement for each Dth of Customer’s Maximum Park Quantity pursuant to Section 5.3.2 of this Rate Schedule.
