Parking and Loaning means the Service provided on a firm basis or an interruptible basis as

Examples of Parking and Loaning in a sentence

  • No separate hub transportation service is required in conjunction with a Parking and Loaning Service because such transportation service is included as part of this Parking and Loaning service.

  • The daily parking and loaning inventory charge, which shall be posted on MyQuorum and stated in the Parking and Loaning Service Agreement, shall be no more than the maximum nor less than the minimum rate specified in the Statement of Rates.

  • Transporter shall begin charging the changed rates for the service provided to Shipper under this Rate Schedule on the day the new rates become effective, subject to any refunds, surcharges or other conditions that are permitted or required by the FERC and subject to the terms of the Parking and Loaning Sservice Agreement.

  • Subject to Transporter’s determination that it has available capacity, Transporter shall offer Parking and Loaning service to eligible Shippers on a non-discriminatory basis.

  • Shipper shall reimburse Transporter for all fees required by the FERC or any other regulatory agency to implement the service provided under this Rate Schedule.Transporter will issue a statement to Shipper, setting forth the fees paid by Transporter to implement the Parking and Loaning Service.

  • Nothing in this section limits Shipper's rights to contest the changes, nor limits the rights of Shipper and Transporter to provide for changes in rates through the terms of the Parking and Loaning Service Agreement.

  • Transporter shall deliver, and Shipper shall accept the firm or interruptible Scheduled Daily Quantity at the Delivery Point for Loaning from Shipper’s Parking and Loaning Account.

  • Any failure by a Shipper to schedule transportation for any daily volume of gas to be moved away from the Hub shall result in Charges for Parking and Loaning Service for the Gas Day the failure took place and the unauthorized use of service pursuant to Section 5.3.

  • If Transporter elects to seize Gas as described in (1) or (3) above, then Transporter must inform Shipper as to: (a) the specific Shipper Storage Account or Parking and Loaning Account from which Gas will be seized, (b) the specific quantity of Gas to be seized from that Account; and (c) the effective Gas Day that such Gas will be seized by Transporter.

  • The term “Park” or “Parking” shall mean the component of a Parking and Loaning transaction under which Shipper, on an interruptible basis, delivers gas to Transporter, for subsequent redelivery by Transporter to Shipper.

Related to Parking and Loaning

  • Front-end Load means the Sales load which may be included in the offering price of the Units; provided however that different levels of Front-end Load may be applied to different investors, as determined by the Management Company. However aggregate of Front-end Load and Back-end Load should not exceed 3% of Net Asset Value.

  • Savings and loan association means an association established under Act No. 156 of the Public Acts of 1964, as amended, being sections 489.501 to 489.920 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, or a federal savings and loan association established under the laws of the United States having its main office in this state.

  • Back-end Load means the charge deducted from the Net Asset Value in determining the Redemption Price; provided however that different levels of Back-end Load may be applied to different classes of Units, as specified in this document.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Planning and service area or “PSA” means a geographic area of the state that is designated by the commission for purposes of planning, development, delivery and overall administration of services under a multiyear area plan. “PSA” may be interpreted as either singular or plural dependent on context. “Provider” means any person, company, firm, association or other legal entity that provides services

  • Savings and Loan Holding Company means a company registered as such with the Office of Thrift Supervision pursuant to 12 U.S.C. §1467a(b) and the regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision promulgated thereunder.

  • Interfund loan means a loan of cash from one fund to another, subject to future repayment.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • parking attendant means a person authorised by or on behalf of the Council to supervise any Parking Place;

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).
