Maximum Reinstatement Amount means, with respect to aReinstatement of the principal amount of the Notes pursuant to Condition 6.3 (Reinstatement), the Relevant Group Net Income multiplied by the sum of (A) the Original Principal Amount of the Notes and (B) the initial principal amount of all outstanding Written Down Additional Tier 1 Instruments, divided by the Tier 1 Capital of the Group as at the date of the relevant Reinstatement.The Maximum Distributable Amount is an amount determined in accordance with Article 141 of the CRD IV, based on whether certain capital buffers are maintained by the Group. If any such capital buffer is not maintained, the Maximum Distributable Amount will generally be equal to a percentage of the current period’s net income, group share, with the percentage depending on the extent to which the relevant capital ratios are below the capital buffer levels.The Maximum Distributable Amount will serve as an effective cap on payments and distributions of the kind referred to in Article 141(2) of the CRD IV.   • Maximum Revolver Amount means $100,000,000, decreased by the amount of reductions in the Revolver Commitments made in accordance with Section 2.4(c) of the Agreement.

  • Maximum Loan Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
