Maximum storage elevation definition

Maximum storage elevation means the elevation of the lowest point of the top of dam independent of low points caused by partial failure or collapse.
Maximum storage elevation means the maximum attainable water surface elevation of the reservoir pool that could occur during extreme operating conditions. This eleva- tion normally corresponds to the crest elevation of the dam.
