Maximum Unitary Charge definition

Maximum Unitary Charge in respect of a month the Unitary Charge payable during that month before any Deductions under Schedule 6 (Payment and Performance Mechanism) but allowing for Indexation under paragraph 3.2 of Schedule 6 (Payment and Performance Mechanism);
