MCC Disbursement definition

MCC Disbursement means the disbursement of MCC Funding by MCC to a Permitted Account or through such other mechanism agreed by the Parties as defined in and in accordance with Section 2.1(b)(i) of this Compact.
MCC Disbursement shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A of the Compact.
MCC Disbursement means the release of MCC Funding to a Permitted Account or through such other mechanism agreed by the Parties. MCC Disbursement Request is the applicable request that the Government and MCA-Honduras will jointly submit for an MCC Disbursement as may be specified in the Disbursement Agreement.

Examples of MCC Disbursement in a sentence

  • As a condition to each MCC Disbursement or Re-Disbursement there shall be satisfactory progress on the M&E Plan for the relevant Project or Project Activity, and substantial compliance with the M&E Plan, including any reporting requirements.

  • Prior to, and as condition precedent to, any MCC Disbursement or Re-Disbursement, the Government shall satisfy, or ensure the satisfaction of, all applicable conditions precedent in the Disbursement Agreement.

  • No financial commitment involving MCC Funding shall be made, no obligation of MCC Funding shall be incurred, and no Re-Disbursement shall be made or MCC Disbursement Request submitted for any activity or expenditure, unless the expense is provided for in the Detailed Financial Plan and unless uncommitted funds exist in the balance of the Detailed Financial Plan for the relevant period or unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing.

  • Plans for each type of evaluation will be finalized before MCC Disbursement for specific Program or Project activities.

  • Prior to any MCC Disbursement or Re-Disbursement, including for the Projects described herein, MCC, the Government (or a mutually acceptable Government Affiliate) and MCA-Mali shall enter into the Disbursement Agreement, which agreement shall be in form and substance mutually satisfactory to the Parties, and signed by the Principal Representative of each Party (or in the case of a Government Affiliate, the principal representative of such Government Affiliate) and of MCA-Mali.

  • Lease Deficit Disbursement means an amount drawn under a Multi-Series Letter of Credit pursuant to a Certificate of Lease Deficit Demand.

  • State disbursement unit or "SDU" means the entity established in section 6 of the office of child support act, 1971 PA 174, MCL 400.236.

  • Termination Disbursement means an amount drawn under a Multi-Series Letter of Credit pursuant to a Certificate of Termination Demand.

  • Minimum Disbursement Amount means Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000).

  • Administrative Advance shall have the meaning given thereto in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Termination Date Disbursement means an amount drawn under a Multi-Series Letter of Credit pursuant to a Certificate of Termination Date Demand.

  • Agent Advances has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(e)(i).

  • Protective Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04.

  • LC means Letter of Credit

  • Refunded Swingline Loans as defined in Section 2.7(b).

  • Reimbursement Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.4(a).

  • Reimbursement Obligation the obligation of the Borrower to reimburse the Issuing Lender pursuant to Section 3.5 for amounts drawn under Letters of Credit.

  • Issuing Lender Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c).

  • Swingline Advance means an advance made by the Swingline Lender, if any, to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.

  • L/C Reimbursement Obligation means, for any Letter of Credit, the obligation of the Borrower to the L/C Issuer thereof, as and when matured, to pay all amounts drawn under such Letter of Credit.

  • Disbursement is defined in Section 2.6.2.

  • Swingline Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7(c).

  • Drawing means the drawing or drawings specified in or annexed to the Specifications;

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).
