Measured Area definition

Measured Area means the number of square feet of the Net Internal Area of the Premises measured in the manner provided for in clause 9 (rounded to the nearest square foot);
Measured Area means the number of square feet of the Net Internal Area of the Premises measured in the manner provided for in clause 16 (rounded to the nearest square foot);
Measured Area means the net internal area calculated in accordance with the principles of the Measurement Standard expressed in square feet;
