Measured Crude Quantity definition

Measured Crude Quantity means, for any Delivery Date, the total quantity of Crude Oil that, during such Delivery Date, was withdrawn and lifted by and delivered to the Company at the Crude Delivery Point, as evidenced by either meter readings and meter tickets for that Delivery Date and tank gaugings conducted at the beginning and end of such Delivery Date.
Measured Crude Quantity has the meaning given to it in the Supply and Offtake Agreement.

Examples of Measured Crude Quantity in a sentence

  • Each Business Day the Company shall provide to Xxxx, by no later than 7:00 pm HST meter tickets and/or meter readings, and tank gauge readings confirming the Measured Crude Quantity for each Crude Storage Tank for all Delivery Dates since the prior Business Day.

  • This inventory is also subject to change due to replacement of equipment.Contractor will work with the SFPD Facilities, Property and Crime Lab personnel to determine minor and major repairs and replacement components and possible preventative maintenance procedures.

  • For each Delivery Date, the Company shall provide to Xxxx, by no later than 1:00 pm CPT on the next Business Day (except (i) in the case of Friday and Saturday, then by the following Monday and (ii) in the case of Sunday and Monday, then by the following Tuesday), meter tickets or tank gauge readings confirming the Measured Crude Quantity for each Crude Storage Tank for that Delivery Date.

Related to Measured Crude Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Reportable quantity means one of the following:

  • Barrel means forty-two (42) United States gallons of 231 cubic inches of sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60ºF) and equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Definite quantity contract means a fixed price contract that provides for a

  • average consumption means the average consumption by a customer of a municipal service during a specific period, which consumption is calculated by dividing by three the total measured consumption of that service by that customer over the preceding three months;

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Gross weight means the aggregate weight of a vehicle or combination of vehicles and the load

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Net metering period means the 12-month period following the date of final interconnection of the

  • MSCF means one thousand standard cubic feet.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.
