Crude Delivery Point definition

Crude Delivery Point means the outlet flange of the Crude Storage Tanks.
Crude Delivery Point means (1) with respect to the Lion Crude Pipelines, the inlet flange of meters R-1, R-2 and R-3 located adjacent to the Refinery, (2) with respect to the Gathering System, the El Dorado Crude Pipeline interconnection or the El Dorado storage facility and (3) with respect to any Capital Improvement, the delivery point agreed to by the Parties.
Crude Delivery Point means the outlet flange of the last Onsite Crude Storage Tank upstream of a processing unit at the Refinery.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date.
