Measured Product Quantity definition

Measured Product Quantity means, for any Delivery Date, the total quantity of a particular Product that, during such Delivery Date, was delivered by the Company to Xxxx at the Products Delivery Point, as evidenced by either (i) meter readings and meter tickets for that Delivery Date or (ii) tank gaugings conducted at the beginning and end of such Delivery Date.
Measured Product Quantity means, for a Refinery, any Delivery Date and any Product, for such day of the Product volume that equals the aggregate volume of such Product held in the Product Storage Tanks, plus the aggregate volume of such Product held in the Included Product Pipelines, as evidenced by meter readings and/or meter tickets for that Delivery Date and tank gaugings.
Measured Product Quantity means, for any Delivery Date, the total quantity of a particular Product that, during such Delivery Date, was delivered by the Company to Aron at the Products Delivery Point, as evidenced by meter readings and/or meter tickets for that Delivery Date and tank gaugings conducted at the beginning and end of such Delivery Date.

Examples of Measured Product Quantity in a sentence

  • For each Delivery Date, the Company shall provide to Xxxx, by no later than 1:00 p.m. CPT on the next Business Day (except (i) in the case of Friday and Saturday, then by the following Monday and (ii) in the case of Sunday and Monday, then by the following Tuesday), meter tickets or tank gauge readings confirming the Measured Product Quantity in each Product Storage Tank for each Product delivered during that Delivery Date.

  • For each Delivery Date, the Company shall provide to Xxxx, by no later than 2:00 p.m., CPT on the next Business Day, available meter tickets and/or meter readings and tank gauge readings confirming the Measured Product Quantity in each Product Storage Tank for each Product delivered during that Delivery Date.

  • For each Delivery Date, the Company shall provide to Xxxx, by no later than 1:00 p.m., CPT on the next Business Day (except (i) in the case of Friday and Saturday, then by the following Monday and (ii) in the case of Sunday and Monday, then by the following Tuesday), meter tickets and/or meter readings and tank gauge readings confirming the Measured Product Quantity in each Product Storage Tank for each Product delivered during that Delivery Date.

  • Lender is willing to make the Credit Facilities available to Borrowers pursuant to the terms and provisions hereinafter set forth.

Measured Product Quantity has the meaning given to it in the Supply and Offtake Agreement.

Related to Measured Product Quantity

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • End product means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired under the contract for public use.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Combination Product means any combination of the Product with one (1) or more other active ingredients, products or services that is not the Product, where such products are sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package for a single price.

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.
