Media Monitoring Material definition

Media Monitoring Material means a hyperlink to an Article with (if any) (i) accompanying Text Extract relating to the Article and (ii) associated Publisher Metadata referring to the Article (including without limitation bylines, website name and word count).

  • The Licensee agrees and acknowledges that NLA has no control over, or liability (whether under these Terms, in contract, negligence or otherwise) for any service provided to any Licensed Party by a MMO, or for any Web Media Monitoring Material or Article.

  • The Licensee will use all reasonable endeavours to prevent unauthorised use of the Scraped Content, the Media Monitoring Material or any Publisher Content.

  • NLA itself enters into a direct licence for use of Media Monitoring Material by those Clients under a separate NLA Licence and as such those rights are not sub-licensable by the Licensee under this agreement, save to the extent permitted under clause 12.6.

  • In these circumstances, the Licence Fee payable in the renewal invoice will be based upon (i) the details provided by the Licensee in the previous year, (ii) the current Price List at the time, and (iii) reasonable assumptions as to the extent of the Licensee's use of Media Monitoring Material.

  • The Licensee agrees and acknowledges that NLA has no control over, or liability (whether under these Terms, in contract, negligence or otherwise) for any service provided to any Licensed Party by a MMO or for any Media Monitoring Material or Article.

  • On renewal, the Licence Fee payable will be based upon (i) the most up-to-date Licence Details held by NLA at the time, (ii) the current Price List at the time, and (iii) to the extent necessary, NLA’s reasonable assumptions as to the extent of the Licensee's use of Media Monitoring Material.
