Medicaid Receivable definition

Medicaid Receivable means any Receivable with respect to which the obligor is a state or, to the extent provided by Law, the United States acting through a state’s Medicaid agency that arises out of charges reimbursable to the Borrower or any Subsidiary under Medicaid.
Medicaid Receivable means a Receivable payable pursuant to a Medicaid Provider Agreement.
Medicaid Receivable has the meaning set forth in Section 1 of the Security Agreement.

Medicaid Receivable an Account payable pursuant to a claim filed under a valid Medicaid provider or supplier number.
