Medical Flexible Spending Account definition

Medical Flexible Spending Account means an Account established for a Participant under the Plan for reimbursement of eligible Medical Expenses for services provided to the Participant, the Participant’s Spouse or the Participant’s Dependent.
Medical Flexible Spending Account means the account established for a Participant pursuant to this Article to which his/her Cafeteria Plan Benefit Dollars may be allocated and from which Medical and Dental Care Expenses of the Participant, Spouse, or Dependent(s) may be reimbursed for eligible medical products and services.
