Medical Opinion definition

Medical Opinion means an opinion on the available evidence and on the balance of probabilities which is received by the trustee company from one or more of the registered medical practitioners (or other medical advisers determined by the trustee company to be suitably qualified) who are appointed by the trustee company.
Medical Opinion means the opinion, within their respective fields, of the practitioners of any branch of the medical profession, the practice of which is licensed by law in this state.

  • The Second Medical Opinion under this Benefit shall be limited to defined criteria and not be valid for any medico legal purposes.

  • In the event of submission of request for Second Medical Opinion, Our Service Provider shall be contacted immediately on the helpline number specified in the Insured Person’s health card.
