Medication aide definition

Medication aide means an individual who holds a current, valid certificate issued under this chapter that authorizes the individual to administer medication in accordance with section 4723.67 of the Revised Code;
Medication aide means a nursing assistant who has had additional training in the administration of medications and is registered with the Department pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 23-17.9 and Part 05-22 of this Chapter, Nursing Assistants, Medication Aides, and the Approval of Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide Training Programs.
