Meeting Clerk definition

Meeting Clerk means the city recorder of the city or another person assigned by a public body to record and to take the written minutes of a meeting of a public body of the city.
Meeting Clerk means the person appointed by the General Manager to record minutes of the proceedings of Board meetings;
Meeting Clerk means the City Recorder (or acting deputy) for the City Council, or shall mean the person assigned by a public body, other than the City Council, to record and to take the written minutes of a meeting of a public body of the City.

Meeting Clerk means the City Recorder or Town Clerk (or their acting deputies) for a City or Town Council, or shall mean the person assigned by a Public Body, other than a City or Town Council, to record and to take the written minutes of a Meeting of a Public Body of this Municipality.
