Meeting Matters means collectively, the Altius Meeting Matters and Immunall Meeting Matters; "Meetings" means collectively, the Altius Meeting and Immunall Meeting;

Examples of Meeting Matters in a sentence

  • The parties will work in good faith to resolve Annual Meeting Matters on mutually acceptable terms and to do so within a reasonable period of time.

  • To the extent that resolution of an Annual Meeting Matter is not otherwise provided by the terms of this Franchise, the parties may memorialize their understandings related to resolution of Annual Meeting Matters through memoranda of understanding, supplemental agreements, or other arrangements mutually agreed to.

  • The Joint Information Circular shall include a statement to the effect that the board of directors of Immunall has unanimously recommended that Immunall Shareholders vote in favour of and adopt and approve Immunall Meeting Matters at the Immunall Meeting.

  • The City and the Company will constructively discuss the Annual Meeting Matters at the Annual Meetings.

  • The Grantee’s and the Municipality's representatives at Annual Meetings shall include individuals with the knowledge, experience and authority required to address competently and to seek to resolve the Annual Meeting Matters identified from discussion at the Annual Meeting.

  • Immunall shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to obtain the approval of the shareholders of Immunall for the Immunall Meeting Matters to be considered at the Immunall Meeting.

Related to Meeting Matters

  • Meeting Materials means the notice of meeting, the Circular and the form of proxy in respect of the Meeting which accompanies the Circular.

  • Holders’ Meeting means a meeting among the Holders held in accordance with Clause 17 (Holders’ Meeting).
