Member Committee definition

Member Committee means the Official Committee of Members appointed by the U.S. Trustee in the Chapter 11 Case on August 20, 2021 [D.I. 163].

Examples of Member Committee in a sentence

  • The Board may create a committee of the Members (“Member Committee”) and appoint Members, including Directors, to serve on the Member Committee.

Related to Member Committee

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
