Bylaws Committee definition

Bylaws Committee means the bylaws committee of the Medical Staff, the duties and composition of which are set forth in the Organization and Functions Manual. The Bylaws Committee shall report to the Medical Executive Committee.
Bylaws Committee means the Bylaws Committee established by Council under these bylaws.
Bylaws Committee means a Standing Committee comprised of five(5) senior members appointed by the Commodore on an annual basis to render services as detailed in Article 10.
