Member Communities definition

Member Communities means the Tŝilhqot’in Nation communities that are party to this Agreement and include the following bands: Xeni Gwet’in First Nations Government, Tŝideldel First Nation, Tl’etinqox Government, ʔEsdilagh First Nation, Tl’esqox (Toosey Indian Band) and Yuneŝit’in Government;
Member Communities. Means the five municipal corporations of the Village of Clinton, the City of Xxxxxxxx, the City of Evansville, the City of Xxxxxx, and the Town of Beloit.
Member Communities means Boothroyd Indian Band, Lytton First Nation, Oregon Jack Creek Band, and Skuppah Indian Band, each a “Band” within the meaning of the Indian Act who are members of the NNTC;
