Member Group definition

Member Group means any one or more Members that are Affiliates, including but not limited to the Initial Member Groups.

Member Group means a SwapClear Clearing Member or an FCM Clearing Member, its direct and indirect subsidiaries and its direct and indirect holding companies and every direct and indirect subsidiary of each such holding company, from time to time. For the purposes of this definition: (i) ‘subsidiary' means a company in which an entity holds more than 50% of the voting rights; and (ii) ‘holding company' means a company that holds more than 50% of the voting rights in another entity.

Member Group means any Member, together with its Affiliates who are Members (if any).

Examples of Member Group in a sentence

• A Member Group may be terminated if the Member Group is no longer a Member of the SDIS Trust.

• If any Member Group has 100 or more employees on at least 50% of its regular business days during the prior calendar year, the Member Group is subject to Medicare Secondary Payer Law (MSP) for individuals eligible for Medicare due to disability.

• Non-registered domestic partners are not covered, unless a Member Group is endorsed to allow “any gender” domestic partners at initial enrollment or at the Member Group’s rate revision date.

• SDIS agrees to mail monthly bills to the Member Group and apply grace periods based on standard SDIS procedures.

• The form must be completed by all newly enrolling Member Groups, even if the Member Group was previously enrolled in the Plan.

More Definitions of Member Group

Member Group means, based on the circumstances, either of the Employer Members or the Employee Members;

Member Group means an organisation, group or network of groups, whether incorporated or unincorporated, that is approved for membership of the Association;

Member Group means with respect to any Person that is an employee, independent contractor or director or manager of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (i) such Person, (ii) any family member or Affiliate of such Person, (iii) any entity in which such Person or any family member or Affiliate of such Person owns an interest, (iv) a trust whose beneficiaries include such Person and/or any family member of such Person, (v) any designee of such Person that becomes an Unitholder (including any individual retirement account holding on such Person’s behalf), and (vi) the direct and indirect Permitted Transferees of each Person identified in subsections (i) through (v).

Member Group means each of the AWS Member Group and the DCC Member Group.

Member Group means the Levy Group or the USC Group.

Member Group means a group of Members consisting solely of the Common Members collectively or the Series A Members collectively, as the context may indicate.

Member Group means each of the Seller Group, Bidder Group and Finance & Markets Group.
