Member of the same Family definition

Member of the same Family means the Father, Mother, Husband, Wife, Son, Daughter, Sister or Brother of the person last interred in a specific grave, or some person who was permanently residing with the person last interred therein, at the time of that person’s death.
Member of the same Family means a spouse, child, parent or sibling; (“membre d’une même famille”)
Member of the same Family means the Father, Mother, Husband, Wife, Partner, Son, Daughter, Sister, Brother, Aunt, Uncle, Niece, Nephew, Grandparent or Grandchild of the persons interred in a specific grave.

Related to Member of the same Family

  • Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:

  • Member of the Service means a person appointed in a substantive capacity under the provisions of these rules and orders/rules in force previous to the commencement of these rules, to a post in the cadre of the service.

  • Member of the household means any person who resides with the public official.

  • ordinary member of the committee means a member of the committee who is not an officer of the Association under Rule 21;

  • Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium or “Lead Member” shall mean a company who commits at least twenty six percent (26%) equity stake in the Project, meets the technical requirement as per Clause 2.1.2 and so designated by other Member(s) in Bidding Consortium;

  • Member of the Executive Council means the Member of the Executive Council responsible for local government in the Province;

  • Foster family home means a private home in which children are placed for foster family care under supervision of the cabinet or a licensed child-placing agency;

  • Immediate Family Member means a child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law, including adoptive relationships, of a natural person referred to herein.
