Member Payments definition

Member Payments means annual and monthly membership fees paid by the members.
Member Payments means the cash amounts to be paid to members of Teachers in accordance with paragraph 13;
Member Payments means all payments due from the Company to its Members, whether payments of Capital Retains, semi-monthly advance payments, product payments, payments on indebtedness or otherwise, but shall not include dividends and distributions payable solely in equity interests in the Company and shall not include payments with respect to Member Notes.
