• This Agreement may be amended only by a modification to the Candidate Policy Manual and/or the Member Policy Manual by CAIAA, or otherwise by a writing executed by both parties.

• Credited amounts will be treated as “Premium,” as defined in the Class Member Policy that corresponds to the Current Account.

• All disputes arising out of or connected with this Agreement are subject to review through the grievance procedure set forth in YAI and YAI Member Policy.

• DENIAL OF MEMBER SERVICES - You may be denied services by us for, among other things, causing us a loss subject to our Denial of Member Services Policy or engaging in abusive conduct as set forth in our Abusive Member Policy.

• We have the option to deny certain in-person services under the terms of our Abusive Member Policy if you engage in behavior or action that constitutes physical, mental or verbal abuse to our employees.
